There are a few conditions & some things we ask before returning:
- Please don’t abuse the product, we do expect to receive it back in at least “B-stock”, re-sellable condition. Evidence of abuse or non-compliance with instructions and warnings will void this policy as well as the standard warranty policy. (i.e. do not sit or stand on tables)
- Please contact us first by sending us an email at email@example.com so we can send you some simple instructions for sending the product back to us. Products received without contacting us first or without an RMA (return merchandize authorization) will be returned to the customer postage collect.
- Refunds will be made in the same manor for which the product was paid for. Please allow up to 15 days after we receive the product back to process the refund (although we can usually get it done in 3-5 days).
- Since we offer Free Ground Shipping w/tracking when you purchase any of our products, we ask that returns are made pre-paid by the customer by either FedEx ground or UPS ground (with tracking and insurance for your protection). If a replacement product is requested, Fastset will again ship the replacement product free of charge to our customers.
- This guarantee only applies to products purchased from this website. For the return policy of any of our retail partners please refer to their individual policies.
